Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you create and use portraits with Photoshoot.
Last updated: 2026-08-20
1. Agreement
By using Photoshoot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo or create a portrait.
2. What the service does
Photoshoot lets you save reusable AI identities, choose a portrait style, match a reference image, create a professional profile portrait, edit an image with natural language, compare generated previews and download a final result.
You can also explore the experience with a fictional example person. The example results are prepared in advance and show how the controls work; they do not promise that every portrait will have the same quality, speed, or likeness.
3. Your photos and permission
You keep the rights you hold in photos you upload. You give Photoshoot and the companies needed to create the portrait limited permission to process those photos and return the result to you.
You confirm that:
- you are the adult shown in the photo, or you have the permission required to use the portrait;
- the photo does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights;
- you will not upload confidential material without authority; and
- you will not use the service for deceptive, exploitative, non-consensual, or unlawful content.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to deceive others by impersonating a real person, bypass identity checks, create official documents, conduct facial recognition or surveillance, harass or defame someone, sexualize a person without consent, exploit children, facilitate fraud, or break applicable law.
You may not bypass usage limits, attempt to obtain secrets, attack the service, automate abusive volumes, or interfere with other users.
5. AI portrait limitations
AI-generated portraits can contain mistakes. A result may alter facial details, skin, hair, hands, clothing, background, or apparent age. We do not guarantee a perfect likeness, unique output, continuous availability, or suitability for every purpose.
Inspect every result before using or publishing it. Portraits created here are not suitable for passports, identity cards, driving licences, visas, access badges, or other official documents.
6. Commercial use
Commercial use may be possible when you own the original photo or have permission to use it. You are responsible for releases, publicity and personality rights, trademarks, local laws, and any rule that requires AI-generated content to be disclosed.
7. Accounts, plans, and payments
Real image generation requires an account and sufficient purchased credits or portrait allowance before any result is generated. The prices, included allowance, renewal period, expiry, refund terms and payment conditions shown before purchase apply. Eligible generation failures may restore credits automatically. Credits have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how photos are prepared, sent to the AI service, stored, and shared. Do not upload a photo if you are not comfortable with that processing.
9. Availability and changes
We may update portrait styles, AI services, limits, or features, and may restrict requests that create abuse, legal, or security risks. The service may sometimes be slow, interrupted, or unavailable.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data or reputation, or decisions made using a generated portrait. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may limit or end access when use creates a legal, security, abuse, or operational risk.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Where permitted by law, continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
